Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
Individual will be responsible for predictive maintenance support in meeting reliability needs of a container board pulp and paper operation. This includes, but is not limited to, vibration monitoring, infrared thermography, oil analysis, and root cause analysis.
Must provide cultural change through leadership and personal demonstration of belief in safety, environmental, reliability, and cost visions and objectives for the facility.
Promote a safe work environment by setting a leadership example, communicating personal safety expectations, and ensuring safety infrastructure is in place.

Extensive communications with craftspeople, production employees, purchasing and stores, and other people will occur daily.
Must have the ability to interact effectively with production, engineering, and other groups in the mill to maximize collective value creation in the operation.
The selected individual must support and promote safety by being in compliance with all safety standards and codes.
Education:
High school diploma required. Education in the reliability engineering fields a plus.
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years experience in vibration analysis at a medium to large manufacturing/industrial facility required (Level 1 Vibration Analyst Certification required, Level 2 preferred).
A minimum of 3 years technical work experience at a manufacturing or industrial facility required.
Formal training in some or all of the following disciplines preferred: vibration analysis, lubrication/oil analysis, root cause analysis, equipment strategies, reliability centered maintenance (RCM), precision maintenance, and infrared thermography.
Past experience in the pulp and paper Industry a plus.
Knowledge-Skills-Abilities:
Working knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance concepts.
Knowledge of PC's including Microsoft software and the ability to use associated vibration monitoring analysis software.
Effective oral and written communications skills that support teamwork and the ability to influence others.
Must be diligently organized, self-disciplined and willing to work unselfishly for the team.
Must be committed to creating an environment that is safe and presents no hazards to their colleagues or crew.
Able to effectively conduct training throughout all departments of the mill to advance overall knowledge of predictive maintenance tools and
reliability.
